Putting your planner together:

This planner is in PDF format ready for print in two sizes – A4 size & US Letter size. Remember, there are two different versions of PDFs that you buy separately. Ensure you know the correct version before downloading.

The A4 size can be used to get an A5 print ( please ask your local print technician to print it for you in A5) . high quality Both versions are a high quality 300 dpi – 271 page document ( broken up into 3 PDFs ) and are customized for *double sided* printing. There is an extra margin in the middle for binding or rings. You can print these pages at home and punch for a three ringed binder or have this printed and spiral bound at a print shop. I prefer using a binder because I can print and add pages as and when required.

  • Cover page— page 5 print on a hard bound board or a thick 200gsm paper for strength.
  • Yearly section: Print 1 copy – 2 sided A4 size prints from pages 6– 24
  • Insert plastic Sheet or tab.
  • Jan—Dec 1 copy – 2 sided A4 size prints from pages 22– 245
  • After each month, add a plastic sheet or tab
  • Extra copies: you can additionally print multiple copies of any page that you need copies of.

For pencils and crayon media, print on any good quality print paper, on either a laser or ink jet printer. For markers, gel pens, watercolors, and ink, I recommend printing on papers with a gsm of 120 or greater, or high-quality thick matt paper, on either a laser or ink jet printer. PS– Download on your desktop / laptop before printing. Otherwise, the fonts will not load correctly.   Isn’t that a steal for $9.99?  HURRY, HURRY!All this for just $9.99 only.
