Protect your surface from the paint with old newspapers, tarp or plastic sheet.

To prevent bleeding, insert a cardboard, butter paper or a thick layer of old newspaper

Paint a tree skeleton onto the pants with the black paint using a medium brush. Use a smaller paintbrush and brown paint to create branches. I recommend concentrating them in only a few places. Let it dry and repeat on the opposite back pocket.

Start by pouring out some white & Pink paint in a palette or paper plate. Use an earbud to mix lightly. Paint lots of cherry blossoms with light pink paints where you placed the branches. Each one should have five petals. Then, add some strokes of dark pinks and white sparingly.

Give your back pocket some blossoming details. We also decided to add a branch to the lower leg.

With the jeans flat on a covered surface, use white Fabric paint and a large paintbrush that is damp to create a splatter effect.  First, scoop a generous amount of paint on the brush and flick it above the jeans. You can also add some brushstrokes to give a vintage denim look. A good way to get a good splatter is to hit the top edge of your paintbrush. Also, the paint will go everywhere so make sure you have a drop cloth underneath and around your jeans.

Let your pants dry completely for a couple days and then they are ready to wear & flaunt. Miss P looked really pretty in them too.
