I got a chance to attend a fabulous Baking Workshop @ Chaipatty, Kormangala by Monika Manchanda of the sin-a-mon fame .. Leaving you guys with a pic of what all we baked on day 1 ….

We made the

  • Cookies
    • Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Muffins/Cup Cakes 
    • Double Chocolate Muffins
  • Breads
    • Chelsea Buns
    • Cheese and Pepper  Loaf
  • Cakes
    • chocolate sponge cake

Yum Yum.. I hope you guys are all regretting not hooking up for the classes on time… 😉 Next time go grab it fast..
