How to make the Dotty Robot Craft:

1. Wrap the box, toilet paper rolls and styrofoam ball completely with silver tape. Another option is to paint all these parts in silver paint and let it dry.

2. Use a glue gun to attach the head to the top of the cardboard box and the two toilet paper rolls to the bottom of the box.

3. Wrap the silver pipe cleaners around two Popsicle sticks so that the sticks are completely covered by the pipe cleaners. These are the arms of our dotty robot craft.

4. Stick pompoms to the ends of the Popsicle sticks for hands. Stick the other ends of the sticks into the cardboard box.

5. It’s now time to decorate our dotty robot craft! Use the foam dots, stickers or other embellishments you have to decorate the robot’s body.

6. On the robot’s head, stick the googly eyes on the top, and red dots for the nose and smile.

7. If you want a girl robot, like we did, attach small pieces of pipe cleaner to the robot’s head and then stick pompoms on the ends of the pipe cleaners. Add one or two tiny bows to complete the look.
