Back to School Printable Animal Bookmarks

Materials Required:

• Color Printer
• Good quality, thick printer paper
• Scissors
• Pen Knife or Paper Cutter

How to Make your Printable Animal Bookmarks:

1. Download the free Animal Bookmarks template to your computer and print it out in color. Use can print it on a 200 GSM cardstock / Glossy photo paper or on an ordinary A4 / Letter Sized paper and then laminate so that it can withstand not just frequent usage, but the paper cutter’s onslaught as well.

2. Cut out bookmarks carefully, paying extra attention to the animal heads, particularly the ears, antlers etc.

3. We now need to make slits along the animal paws so that you can hook the bookmark on a page. A pen knife with a good grip is ideal for the job – but please don’t leave it to the kids!

4. Your Printable Animal Bookmarks are now ready to use! Place the bookmark behind the page you want to mark and slide it down so the paws are in front. Isn’t it delightful to see these cute happy faces smiling at you whenever you open the book?
