Printable Nativity Scene Finger Puppets
I’ve created these puppets to be just the right size for your child [at home or in a Preschool], simply print on cardstock, cut along the dotted line, fold the bottom extra edge around a finger or a chalk marker, and secure the ends with tape.
This would also make a great set of puppets you can use in your pretend play center. You could also glue a craft stick to the backs or cut off the extra edges and use as Playdoh props. Print & laminate if using as puppets or props.

Printable Nativity Stable Backdrop
Each year I love to display my nativities in our apartment. This year, I designed a Printable backdrop – a nativity stable, print it on a Letter Size cardstock and cut out the extra rectangles. Staple or glue the Rectangles to the side of the stable so that it stands on its own. Simple as that. It was easy and I love the way it brings the nativities together.
Printable Nativity Vocabulary Play-Doh Cards
Playdough is a favorite at our house. There’s hardly a day that goes by that I don’t hear, “Mommy, can we play with the playdough?” I also have little ones who love their alphabet (and two who still need to work on it a bit).
To prepare the play dough mats for use, print the pages you wish to use and laminate them for durability. Children roll long snake dough pieces and use them to form the letters on the cards.
While my aim in creating this unit was for it to be used with play dough, there are other uses for the cards, such as:
1. Tracing cards – children can use their fingers to practice letter formation, or a dry-erase marker once you laminate the cards.
2. Alphabet floor puzzles – children place the letters in order.
3. Beginning sound sorting cards – children sort items on top of the correct beginning letter.
4. Find-the-pair game – print 2 copies and you can play a giant matching game! Turn the cards upside down and children take turns in flipping over 2 cards – if it’s a match, the child keeps the cards, if not, the cards are turned upside down again. Gameplay continues until all the cards have been matched. The child with the most pairs wins!
Pack contains 10 Nativity Vocabulary + Matching Alphabet Cards
Printable Nativity Story Sequence Cards
This set is full color 8 story parts and prints 4 cards to a page which is just the right size for little hands.
I’ve included the Christmas Story so children can organize the cards into the correct order and you can read to the child what is happening in each picture. This game would be great when printed on cardstock, laminated, and played during quiet time.
Printable Nativity Story Puzzle
We have a 4-part Puzzle of the Three Wise Men in a “complete the picture” activity. To finish off the nativity scene you could also try a 9-part Puzzle of pictures of Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus in a manger.

Printable lacing cards for kids are a wonderful way to help your child practice their fine motor skills. You can print out each set of printable lacing cards, laminate them, hole punch them and hand them to your child with some string. We have a Star, a manger and a Gold Box.
Printable Nativity Scene Number Clip Cards
My preschoolers really enjoy count and clip cards. I love them too – because not only do my kids get to practice rote counting and one-to-one correspondence, they also get some fine motor practice when clipping those clothespins! Practice Numbers 1 – 12 in these Nativity Themed Number Counting Clip Cards.

Printable Nativity Pre-Writing Practice Card
This is a great addition for those younger kids that are still working on prewriting. Print and laminate. Practice with a Dry Erase Marker.
Prewriting does not have to be boring. Be sure to change up the tools you use in your writing practice. Try using q-tips, triangular crayons or dot markers. You could always just put stickers on the lines.
