Steps to make this X for X-Ray Fish Craft:

Print the Craft template on an A4 or Letter Sized paper. Cut out all the parts – the blue head and fins, and the red mouth. Use these cutout templates as your reference points and trace onto felt. We used a 2 mm stiff felt to make this craft. Alternately, you could use construction paper or craft foam in similar colors.

  • X-Ray fish can hear very well thanks to the sensitive Weberian apparatus in it’s body.
  • X-Ray fish adapt well; they can live in both fresh water and salt water.
  • The translucent skin of the X-Ray fish also helps us see the female’s eggs inside her body.
