We have one of my favorite bloggers sharing a yummy tummy recipe with us today.. Apart from being a fabulous crafter, she is a good cook too.. Please welcome EC

Cheese corn veggies on toast
This simple variation to the usual bread breakfast would be a sureshot hit among kids..The addition of vegetables would ensure health while the addition of cheese would make kids ask for more..
Ingredients

1/2 cup mashed corn
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1/4 cup grated cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Finely chopped green chillies
Bread slices

Mix all the ingredients except cheese and bread slices. Remove corners of bread slices and cut diagonally into half. Spread it on the bread slices and press well. Add grated cheese and grill for a minute or so till cheese melts.

Serve with sauce
