In fact, the word ‘chocolate’ is derived from the Aztec word ‘xocoatl‘. They crushed cocoa seeds and mixed them in water – some even added chili peppers!

The Perfect Hot Chocolate Recipe:
- Heat 500 ml of whole milk in a pan
- When the milk is warm, add 100 g of chopped chocolate (go for good quality dark chocolate)

- If you like, go ahead and add an extra flavor like vanilla or cinnamon
