A funny Forward I received –

Mommy Test – I was out walking with my daughter. She picked up something off the ground and started to put it in her mouth. I took the item away from her and I asked her not to do that. “Why?” my daughter asked. “Because it’s been on the ground, you don’t know where it’s been, it’s dirty and probably has germs” I replied. At this point, my daughter looked at me with total admiration and asked, “Mommy, how do you know all this stuff? You are so smart.” I was thinking quickly. “All moms know this stuff. It’s on the Mommy Test. You have to know it, or they don’t let you be a Mommy.” We walked along in silence for 2 or 3 minutes, but she was evidently pondering this new information. “OH…I get it!” she beamed, “So if you don’t pass the test you have to be the daddy.” “Exactly” I replied back with a big smile on my face. ”

Scene 2:
lil P’s preferences for mommy or pappa keep swinging like a pendulum.. and is really hilarious to watch.. Picture this : Its 9.30 PM and lil P is sleepy. [ sticks to mommy like Fevikol ka jod ] … but doesn’t want to sleep.. when mommy tries to put her to sleep, runs to pappa .. n showers him with so many kisses.. makes mommy’s heart go both soft and green with envy at the same time.. pappa is not too interested to take her for a walk at this time [ cricket’s on. what else? ].. runs back to mommy complaining abt pappa.. mommy is happy to have lil darling back in her arms.. n goes towards the bedroom.. lil p is back with her pappa watching cricket like there is no better thing in the world!! [ normally she won’t let mommy watch even an advt!!] Then lil P has to go to susu .. n back with mommy .. only mommy is allowed bcos mommy had told lil P that she is a girl and only girls are allowed to see P shame shame! [ i have regretted saying that ever since] .. after mommy cleans up all yucky work .. pappa dearest and P are back together rolling on the floor, laughing , messing up the hall mommy had finally managed to clean.. n when a tired mommy finally decides to go n sleep.. lil P is back n now wants mommy to hug her .. sing a song n put her to sleep… while pappa dearest gets to plomp himself on the bed and start snoring.. whoever said parenthood was a 2 person job never had kids!!!
