Easter is about rebirth or resurrection; it’s about starting afresh, which coincides perfectly with the season of Spring when new baby animals are born and new flowers bloom. This is probably why Easter is associated with motifs of baby chicks, lambs and hatching eggs. So it’s only fitting that we celebrate the spirit of the season and the festival with some equally cute crafts!

Today, we’ve got a list of paper plate Easter crafts, so if you have old paper plates lying around, this is the perfect opportunity to turn them into something beautiful!

1. Lamb Easter Craft

We begin our list with one of the simplest crafts – a Lamb Easter craft from Vicky Barone. All you need to do is stick cotton wool to cover the plate, add feet and googly eyes, and you’re done!  A perfect craft for the little ones!

When we speak of bunnies, little chicks can’t be far behind, can they? Simple as that has a cute little Easter chick craft, made with a dessert plate and feathers. If you find a yellow plate, you can even skip painting it!
