For each individual order of a personalized story book, the name of the child, and friends (could be siblings and cousins too), are included in story. Thus the story becomes very personalized and children’s love reading these books again and again, as they can identify themselves with the story.
I and my Story.com very graciously sent us one copy for Lil P for our Blog’s birthday.. The blog exists because Lil p exists.. So a birthday gift to lil p equals one for the blog what say;)
We ordered the Wondering carpet Book. I had to mail them a pic which was printed on the 1st page and the names of Lil p & 3 of her friends which was included as characters in the book.
The book opens to a page with her picture and a lovely personalized message from the team. This is entirely customizable. You could write a note to your child as a gift. Or from your child to his / her friend. The story unfolds with Lil p & her friends using a flying carpet to go visit the new seven wonders of the world. Lil p was so excited about seeing familiar names. They also have a learning / activity page at the end of the book with more info. They also have many stories and each can be customized to have a boy / girl as the lead. The concept is very clever & a big hit at my home! Lil P has been showing it off to her friends and grandparents.

Now that Raksha Bandhan is round the corner, this would make a ideal rakhi gift from the sister to the brother or vice versa..
