Poland is the second country in the world to have a constitution, just four years after the American Constitution was formed. They take their constitution quite seriously, which is why they have a special day to celebrate it – Poland Constitution Day on 3rd May!

1. Wycinanki Paper-Cut Art

We start this list of Poland crafts for kids with a gorgeous piece of art from Kid World Citizen. This is Wycinanki, a Slavic form of papercutting art. This art form started when shepherds cut designs out of tree bark and leather, as a hobby during harsh weather conditions. They then used these as decorations or gave them away as gifts – you can do the same!
2. DIY Polish Egg Decorating

The Polish have their own ways of celebrating major holidays like Easter and Christmas, and one example is Pisanki. Pisanki is a form of decorated Polish Easter eggs, where eggs are decorated with intricate designs. The designs are symbolic; flowers mean beauty, hearts mean love, while the sun indicates good luck.
