When it comes to keeping kids busy or entertained, it can be quite a challenge at times. They’re tired of their toys, bored of TV and are just bouncing off the walls. In such situations, I find that the simplest solution works best – a game of Bingo!
Instructions to play Bingo:
- You start out with players and a caller who will not participate in the game.
- Each player will have one bingo card.
- The cards have 24 squares in a grid, along with an empty one in the center. Each card is unique.
- The caller begins by calling a random number or picture.
- Each player needs to look at their card to check if they have the called-out number or picture. If they do, they need to mark it with a counter or by drawing an ‘X’.
- The caller continues to call, and when a player gets a bingo pattern straight across or down, they should ‘BINGO’!
- The caller will check their card to ensure they have indeed complete the pattern correctly, and if they have, they are declared the winner.
