Come March and all the gates to these beautiful gardens are thrown open. Thousands of tourists travel to see them from far and wide, just to marvel at the sight of those gorgeous blooms. Well, March may be a while away, but you can still enjoy a tulip garden of your own – with a pretty tulip corner bookmark craft!

Beautiful Tulip Corner Bookmark Craft

Supplies required:

Craft paper in different colors
Craft glue
Pencil
Sharpies
A pair of scissors

How to make the Tulip Corner Bookmark Craft:

1. Let’s start with a square piece of paper. You can use a medium size; a side of 4″ will do.

2. Fold the square paper in half diagonally, so you have a triangle pointing downward.

3. Lift the upper flap of the bottom corner of the triangle and fold it up so it meets the triangle’s base on top.

4. Fold the right corner downward to meet the bottom corner.

5. Now tuck the flap underneath the fold created in step 3.

6. Fold the left corner downward as in Step 4, and tuck it under the fold too. The base of your tulip corner bookmark craft is ready!

7. Time to get into the flower part of our tulip corner bookmark craft! Download and print the tulip corner bookmark craft template that includes petals and stem.

8. Trace the parts of the template on colored craft papers and cut them out. We’ve used green for the stem while you can use any color for the petals.

9. Time for assembly! Stick the stem on the outer flap with glue. Make sure the central part of the stem sticks out of the flap.

10. Now stick the petals on the protruding part of the stem. Arrange the petals as shown in the image below.

11. Use your Sharpies to draw an outline on your flower and there you go – your tulip corner bookmark craft is done!

To use the tulip corner bookmark craft, simply slide the corner of the page into the pocket created and you’ll notice that the bookmark holds the pages very snugly. Create a tulip garden of your own by making these bookmarks in multiple colors.
